The Joint Education Board (JEB) is an EAN and UEMS SN/EBN working group founded in 2018, consistent with the Memorandum of Understanding between both partners. It is working on common goals of the two organisations such as

• Board exam
• Neurology curriculum

The European Board Examination in Neurology is a joint responsibility UEMS SN/EBN and EAN through the Joint Education Board (JEB). Since the establishment of the JEB, cooperation on the examination has been handled through this board. In order to effectively organise the ever-growing examination, the Examination Committee was established. This committee is a working group of the JEB that coordinates and conducts all activities related to the exam, from the collection and reviewing of questions to the management of the examination.
